Do you shop online? If so, why not support a local charity while you do?
It is a fact that as life gets busier and busier we don’t always have the time to pop out to the shops. Now, with The Giving Machine you can shop online and a free cash donation is maid by the retailer to the charity of your choice.
The Giving Machine works as a search engine for shopping, you can log on to your account, assign your charity of choice and then shop to your hearts contact. As long as you click on the retailers website through The Giving Machine’s website and have Noah’s Ark assign as one of your charities of choice we will get a donation. The best part about it is…it doesn’t cost you anymore than your normal shopping!
Log on to www.thegivingmachine.co.uk and see for yourself!

If organising isn’t your thing, why not take part in some of the other Noah’s Ark Trust events taking place through the year, our Zip Wire, Run to Remember or Lantern Walks just to list a few. Click here for our events calendar.
Stuck for ideas for a children’s present? Take a look at the children’s book, ‘Tree of Birds’. This is a lovely book to read to your children and at the price of £5.99 it is a steal! For every copy purchased a donation is made to the charity. Stockists include: Noah’s Ark Trust’s Worcester office, amazon.co.uk and The Eco Café @ The Fold, Bransford.
We have various textile banks across the two counties where you can deposit your old clothes, this will then generate cash for the charity.
Why not invite your friends over for dinner and ask them to make a donation to the charity or donate the cost of the meal to Noah’s Ark. It could become competitive and each of your friends could organise an evening and you could all be scored on your performances.
Send the money you would have spent on Christmas cards to Noah’s Ark Trust
Each year over 20,000 children across the UK suffer the death of a parent. Hereford and Worcester are not excluded from this, each year children and young people living within our community have to struggle with the idea of life without a mother, father, grandparent, friend or significant other not being around anymore.
The support Noah’s Ark Trust provides through our bereavement co-ordinators helps grieving children, build memories and look forward to a future.
All the money raised from the local community will go directly to helping provide support to the children. This can include: one-to-one support, group work and activity weekends. Your money will also allow us to continue to provide our support free of charge so that the service is attainable by everyone living within the two counties.
