Herefordshire and Worcestershire is bereaved. It’s quite possible that someone in your company, school or organisation is experiencing problems because of bereavement.

Our support service is offered free of charge and children are often referred to us by teachers or health workers. It costs around £500,000 every year to run our service, all of which comes from donations. ORANGE FRIDAYS are great fun and a great way to support our work and help more children.

If you can think of some orange activity that will help raise money for Noah’s Ark, please get involved with the next ORANGE FRIDAYS. Thanks in advance from all the Noah’s Ark team!

ORANGE FRIDAY – supporting kids
Join Noah’s Ark Trust in celebrating ORANGE FRIDAY. To have fun, help support bereaved children and their families and give your company, school or organisation a chance of winning a prestigious ORANGE FRIDAY certificate. Schools and businesses across Herefordshire and Worcestershire will be turning orange! Your involvement could be as simple as each student paying £1 to wear something orange or it could be something more imaginative...

Here are a few ideas for fun things you could do to raise money on ORANGE FRIDAY -

• Bake a cake, use lots of orange food colouring and sell slices!
• Wear something crazy and orange to school and pay £1!
• Open an ORANGE FRIDAY café and create a menu:
  • Red Leicester Cheese (it’s orange!) Pizza
  • Peach Flan
  • Mandarin Cheesecake
  • Carrot and Orange Soup
  • Pumpkin Soup!
• Open an ORANGE FRIDAY Art Gallery and sell orange works of art!

As part of our ORANGE FRIDAY campaign we will be presenting awards to acknowledge your school’s achievements:
Bronze: A certificate to display in your school
Silver: A certificate and posting on our website
Gold: A certificate presented to your school, with press coverage and special coverage on our website.
