Noah's Ark Trust has a small team of full - time staff providing support in Herefordshire and Worcestershire and like many other charities calls on the services of local volunteers across the community to assist in providing this vital service.
There are a number of volunteering opportunities available for anyone able to offer a few hours of their time, assisting the full - time team in their ongoing efforts throughout the year.
You can offer to be a volunteer to fit in with your own busy life style, around home, work or the family and you do not need any special qualifications to do so. Where training is required to fulfill a particular role, this will be provided to ensure you have the right skills to deliver your chosen area of volunteering.
We look to focus on an individuals own areas of interest or established skills and direct them into appropriate volunteering positions, you may be good at organising events, or have administration skills or have experience in your present or past job in dealing with vulnerable people in difficult circumstances. In either case you will always be welcome as a volunteer with Noah's Ark Trust.
